T.O.E.C has been established in 1960 and was classified as a first class contractor. Since that time,T.O.E.C has executed diversity important and major large-scale projects in oil and gas, power plants, Industrial plants, residential complex, dams , ports etc.
 

T.O.E.C expands its activities towards K.S.A and Sudan.
