T.O.E.C. has taken too much care about HSE and its title was always:

“ Safety First ”

For that T.O.E.C. has made its own HSE manual based on the international standards and for each project field safety program and distribute this program for its safety supervisors and officers to follow it strictly.

The results of our field safety program for our previous project were always satisfied  to all our clients and we hope that it will be improved in future.

T.O.E.C. had been given the following L.T.I. certificate according to its safety strict program in addition to many other certificates about applying safety regulations.

QA/ QC

Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

T.O.E.C. gives the QA/ QC the first priority in all its projects.

T.O.E.C. follows all the international standards and codes in executing each project in addition to the local Syrian Code.
